The Opportunity
We’re looking for a founding sales leader to spearhead the charge in bringing Camu to market. This isn’t just a sales role—it’s a chance to shape the company’s growth trajectory, build the sales foundation, and influence product development through close customer feedback.
As our first sales hire, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and closing Design Partners—early customers who collaborate closely with us to refine and scale our product.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Sales Cycle: From identifying prospects to closing deals, you’ll manage every aspect of the sales process.
- Evangelize the Product: Educate CFOs, Tax Managers, and Heads of Shared Service Centers on how Camu transforms fiscal processes like Recebimento Fiscal.
- Collaborate Closely with Founders: Work directly with our team to refine messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify Ideal Customers: Target mid-sized to enterprise companies (R$500M–R$5B revenue) with high transaction volumes and ERP systems like SAP Business One, ECC or S/4HANA.
- Shape Sales Processes: Build the tools, scripts, and playbooks that will scale with the company.
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Provide feedback to the product team to shape Camu’s roadmap and ensure our product addresses real pain points.
Who You Are
- Experienced in B2B SaaS Sales: You’ve successfully sold enterprise software solutions with ACVs in the range of R$50,000–R$500,000/year.
- Independent and Self-Driven: You thrive in unstructured environments and are excited to build processes from scratch.
- Customer-Focused: You have a proven ability to understand customer needs and position solutions effectively.
